Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Corona_Enterprise_Ltd_Ai 1.2. Please read the billing, free-trial and cancellation terms carefully — they include a minimum commitment and a no-refund policy.

Billing terms at a glance

  • 3-day free trial. Every plan (Basic, Pro and VIP, monthly or yearly) starts with a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but you are not charged until day 4. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
  • 2-month minimum commitment on monthly plans. If you choose monthly billing, you commit to a minimum of two months. Cancellation is not available during this period; it unlocks automatically once the two months have elapsed, after which you may cancel anytime.
  • Yearly plans are non-refundable. If you choose yearly billing, the annual charge is non-refundable. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid term, but no partial or full refunds are issued.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Corona_Enterprise_Ltd_Ai 1.2 (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Corona_Enterprise_Ltd_Ai 1.2 provides AI-assisted trading analytics, signals and portfolio tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes and is not financial advice.

3. Accounts

To use paid features you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information;
  • Keep your login credentials secure;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

Paid plans are offered on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. The listed price is charged automatically to your payment method at the start of each billing period after the free trial ends.

  • Free trial: a 3-day free trial applies to all tiers. Your first charge occurs on day 4 unless you cancel first.
  • Monthly plans: Basic $49/mo, Pro $179/mo, VIP $499/mo. A 2-month minimum commitment applies before cancellation is available.
  • Yearly plans: Basic $468/yr, Pro $1,788/yr, VIP $4,788/yr. Billed once per year and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Clawback)

Monthly plans require a two-month minimum commitment. You cannot cancel during the first two months; after that, you may cancel at any time and your plan will end at the close of the current billing period.

Yearly plans are non-refundable. You may disable auto-renewal at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid annual term, but no refunds — partial or full — are provided.

During the 3-day free trial you may cancel with no charge. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in breach of these terms may result in suspension of the Service.

6. No Financial Advice

All signals, analytics and content are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corona_Enterprise_Ltd_Ai 1.2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
